The blog will be a regularly place to update you on projects we have done, projects we are doing and tips and hints for anyone in a difficult space.

We offer decluttering help via video call or in person. We cover England and Wales for in person visits but globally for video calls. We will also have body doubling free weekly sessions. If you have never taken part in body doubling, check out our next blog post which explains what happens and how it helps.

We will also be offering diary options on a forum for people to detail their own personal journeys.

We are also happy to be involved in any hoarder environments to help tackle the problem in a caring and impactful way.
